What is CAPTCHA? Can I ignore it?
A CAPTCHA is a type of challenge-response test used in computing to determine whether or not the user is human. No, this cannot be ignored.
I registered my details but I did not receive any activation email.
In case you do not receive the mail in the inbox, please check the SPAM folder. If you find the mail in the SPAM folder, please move the mail to the inbox and add the mail address to your address list.
Forgot Password
In case you forget your password, click on the 'Forget Password' link, a pop up will appear. Type your e-mail id in the pop up box . You will receive a reset password link in your e-mail asking for your new password. Type your new passowrd and submit the form. Your password will be updated.
How can I edit/upload my profile
To edit/upload your profile, click on the 'Edit Company Profile' on the left side of the Dashboard. A page containing a form will get loaded. Fill the information in the boxes as required then click on the 'Next Page' button below. This will lead to the next page. Fill the information the same way in this page and Click on 'Update' button. The Profile will be updated.
Can I post event news? What is the procedure?
Yes, you can post news of Events. You can post event news by logging into your account with your username and password . On the left side, click on the link 'My Events and News' on the dashboard . Then choose 'Add new event' from the drop down list. In the next step, fill the information in the boxes and submit the form. After submitting, it will need the approval of the MI and once approved by the MI, it will get published in the Website. You can also edit the information by clicking on 'Manage Event' in the same drop down list.
What is the Forum? How can I participate in a discussion or post a discussion topic in the Forum?
A forum is a message board where people can hold conversations in the form of posted messages. In the Forum you can post your queries or your business requirements or post any other enquiry related to the company.
How to upload the events? Are the events only for a country or only my company?

You will receive any alert message if there is any update in your company profile.
Can I view the company database on the website? Are there any application to view the information?
Yes, you can view the company database on the website. In order to view, please visit the website www.logisticsgms.com and click on the Company Database link.You can view the company profiles here. You can also searcg for the companies country wise and name wise. Click on the respective company's link to view the individual company details.
The system informed me that I have registered this email account. But I never registered it. What can I do?
If you have used your e-mail account to register previously for an account, you cannot reuse it to register for another company account. If you receive this error message , it indicates that you have already registered with the same email id.
Do I need to pay any fee for being a member of the database?
No, there is no fee to register as a member in the database.
